I have been using Floweraura to send flowers and cakes for few years now and have never came across a delivery mishap/late delivery. Roses were fresh, cakes were great - all in all a great service. Couple of times the exact roses were not available, so the customer care reached out to me multiple times (calls/emails) but as I was travelling so they couldn't reach me. But the best part was that they always ensured the "wishes" are delivered on time for the occasion by swapping the unavailable item with equally good/better one. In my case, when they didn't hear back from me till the last minute, in order to make the delivery on time, they delivered beautiful fresh carnations instead of roses. I am highly impressed with their commitment. Goof going team Floweraura.
