The company is good. I have used the service for 5 times. But last experience was bad one. I booked one gift on 24th Morning , order no 721745. Since the delivery was for gurgaon so I opted for same day delivery. But it took me several follow ups through chat, calls and mails to get it delivered same day. It was delivered late in Night 10 o clock., thanks to Ravi who finally took the request seriously and got it delivered. While it was supposed to be delivered by afternoon. And again the bad part was that after opening the product, it was seen that there is small broken part on Idol of ganesh on top right. I cannot attach the picture here but it was not a good experience overall.
