Ingredients Needed
• Any Biscuit of your choice (digestive or any tea biscuits)
• For Chocolate Syrup
• 2/3 rd cup thickened cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
• Baking powder
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
For Chocolate Syrup
• 150 grams dark chocolate
• ½ cup thickened cream
• Any flavor chocolate for decoration
Preparation
1. Mix together sugar & cocoa in a pot.
2. Stir in the milk and make a smooth mixture free of lumps.
3. Add butter (optional) & boil this stirring often until you get a slightly thick syrup.
4. To test, dip a spoon and check. The syrup must coat the back of the spoon
For Biscuit
1. Firstly, break 458 grams of Parle-G or any digestive biscuits/tea biscuits into small pieces.
2. In a double boiling method, whisk 2 / 3rd cup thick cream, cup sugar, 1 tbsp butter and whisk until the butter is completely melted.
3. Powder the biscuits separately in a mixer. Then mix it well.
4. Mix biscuit powder, and baking powder in a bowl. Add vanilla extract, oil, and milk and whisk well to make a lump-free batter.
5. Also, add a cup of cocoa powder and whisk smooth.
6. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and silky.
7. Pour the prepared chocolate mixture over the biscuit pieces.
8. Top it with nuts (almonds or walnuts).
9. Mix everything well.
10. Transfer the mixture to the cake pan.
11. Make sure to press it tightly with the help of a spoon and make sure the base is tight.
12. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes, allowed to set.
For Melt Chocolate
1. Meanwhile, melt the 150g dark chocolate in the double boiler method and prepare the chocolate sauce.
2. Also, add a cup thickened cream and smooth whisk.
3. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and silky.
4. Add the prepared chocolate sauce to the prepared biscuit cake.
5. Level out by tapping a bit.
