Eggless Chocolate Brownie Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
• 125 g (4 and ½ oz) dark chocolate, chopped.
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¾ cup baking all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar

1. In a large bowl, take chopped pieces of dark chocolate and butter.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or double boiler.
3. Give it a good stir until the chocolate melts (Check the consistency. Neither too thick nor too flowy).
4. Add cocoa powder. The resulting heat of the butter-chocolate mixture will intensify the taste of the chocolate.
5. Add sugar, baking powder, and all-purpose flour. The baking powder is added for a cake-like texture.
6. Do not overmix the batter. Only combine until you get the desired consistency.
7. Now, pour the batter into a cake tin lined with parchment paper.
8. Put it in a preheated oven and bake at 160-degree Celsius or 320 degrees Fahrenheit for around 18 -20 minutes. You can also confirm by taking the toothpick challenge.
